Dates for 2012

Session One: (10 - 13 year old campers) Saturday, June 30 to Saturday, July 21.

Session Two: (13 - 18 year old campers) Sunday, July 29 to August 19.

Application Forms:

Please do NOT complete any forms if you have not first spoken with our Intake Worker to determine if Camp Towhee is the right camp for your child.

The deadline for applications for Camp Towhee 2012 is November 30, 2011. However, applications received after this date may be processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be processed on a first come first served basis, until all spots are filled.

Camp Fees:

The fee for 2012 is $2,800. Please note that the cost to run Camp Towhee is significantly higher than $2,800 per camper and thus we rely on Fundraising and support from the Ministry of Children and Youth Services. Fees include transportation, laundry services, all meals and snacks, all activities and special events. A non-refundable $600 deposit is required by April 10th in order to hold a space at camp, but families are welcome to pay the complete fee at that time. The rest of the fee is due by April 15. Payments by Visa and by post-dated cheques are also acceptable. No refunds will be given after June 1, 2012.

A limited number of subsidies are available to those families who qualify. In order to apply for a subsidy, parents must call Integra to request a subsidy application after they receive their package confirming a space for their child. We suggest that families ask for a subsidy application as soon as possible so that they may be advised if they qualify and what fee they owe.
